Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 2026

Welcome to ArxClad Industrial. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ArxClad website and any B2B transactions, Purchase Orders (POs), or agreements facilitated through our platform. By accessing our site or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Commercial B2B Transactions ArxClad Industrial is strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) distributor. By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing goods for commercial, industrial, or institutional use, and not for personal consumer use.

2. Pricing and Availability All prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the dynamic nature of industrial supply chains, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel any orders arising from such errors. Inventory availability is contingent upon our manufacturing partners and is subject to lead times.

3. Order Fulfillment and Freight ArxClad operates a direct-fulfillment model. Goods are shipped directly from Tier 1 manufacturers to your designated facility. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the receiving facility is equipped to handle LTL/FTL freight. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Returns and Warranties All returns require a pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and are subject to restocking fees and freight charges as outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy. ArxClad passes through all original manufacturer warranties to the buyer. We make no additional implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArxClad Industrial and its managing members (Ophir Global Holdings LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising out of the use of our products or services.

6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
